1.1 Scope of the Terms

All services of the x99 platform, including online casino, sports betting, live casino, virtual games, and any other interactive activities, are governed by these Terms. In addition to these Terms, separate conditions may apply to specific bonuses or promotional offers — in such cases, those specific conditions will also be in effect.

1.2 Language of the Terms

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. If a translation in another language is available and a difference in meaning arises between Bengali and that translation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

4.3 Account Currency

x99 account balances are operated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other currency are not available on this platform.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Errors
